Shrimp Pasta Salad
2 3/4 c Rotini Cook rotini in boiling water, cooking oil and salt in large uncovered pot for 10-12 minutes until tender but firm. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Return rotini to pot. Add next 5 ingredients to rotini. Mix remaining 5 ingredients together in small bowl. Add to rotini mixture. Stir. Makes 6 1/2 cups. |
