Shrimp Pasta Salad

2 3/4 c Rotini
3 qts boiling water
2 tsp cooking oil
2 tsp salt
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 oz canned tiny shrimp, rinsed & drained
1/2 c celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1-2 tomato, diced
1/3 c salad dressing (or mayo)
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp w sugar
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt

Cook rotini in boiling water, cooking oil and salt in large uncovered pot for 10-12 minutes until tender but firm. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Return rotini to pot. Add next 5 ingredients to rotini. Mix remaining 5 ingredients together in small bowl. Add to rotini mixture. Stir. Makes 6 1/2 cups.
